These Terms govern your use of Aabroowear's website and purchases made through our store in Pakistan.

1. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Pakistani law.
2. Orders & Acceptance
Product listings are invitations to offer. An order is accepted only after confirmation by Aabroowear and successful payment verification.
We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing errors, duplicate transactions, or legal compliance reasons.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated. Taxes, delivery charges, and discounts are shown at checkout where applicable.
Electronic payments are handled through regulated payment partners and are subject to the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act, 2007 and rules/guidelines of the State Bank of Pakistan.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by city, courier, weather, public holidays, or law-and-order conditions.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our published Shipping/Returns policy and applicable consumer protection laws in the relevant province.
5. Product Information
We attempt to display product colors, measurements, and details as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and production batches.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, submit malicious code, or engage in activities prohibited under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, photographs, graphics, text, and design assets are owned by or licensed to Aabroowear and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aabroowear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights available under applicable law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Consumer remedies may also be available under applicable provincial consumer protection frameworks.
